Jose A. Candelario has spent more than two decades using media to tell stories that connect people, communities and culture.

A New Haven-based multimedia content producer, visual storyteller and on-air personality, Candelario brings a wide range of experience to The Vibe, including video production, photography, digital content, radio, broadcast writing, interviewing, graphic design and audience-focused storytelling. His work has always centered on making stories clear, engaging and meaningful, whether they are told through a camera lens, behind a microphone, on social media or on the web.

As the host of All Day with Jose, airing 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday on The Vibe, Jose brings listeners a mix of music, personality, conversation and community connection throughout the day. The show reflects his passion for creating content that feels familiar, uplifting and rooted in real life.

At The Vibe, Jose brings more than a voice. He brings a producer’s eye, a storyteller’s heart and a deep understanding of how music, conversation and community can come together. From booking guests and conducting interviews to producing visuals, writing copy, editing content and promoting stories across platforms, he brings a hands-on approach to every part of the creative process.
